Site Licences and Services
The pricing structure for CAIRO is simple and based upon sites. This makes it a particularly attractive proposition where two schools, such as a preparatory and a senior school, occupy the same geographical location.
In describing the pricing below, we have tried to be as clear as possible. If there remains anything that is not obvious, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

CAIRO Support
Annual Software Support
SDS offers excellent integrated support for its products.
Support Options
Extended Site Support: £ 695 per annum.
Includes:
- Full support for one year from date of invoice, via:
- Telephone
- email
- Continued access to the Members' area of the CAIRO website
- Remote Access via VPN
(where available)
- All Program Upgrades* for one year from the date of invoice
- Assistance with Data Preparation
* Note: 1) SDS reserves the right to agree charges for production of bespoke features and/or new reports where the work required is significant. 2) Site visits are chargeable. See here for more details.
