CAIRO Benefit:

Spelling Checker and Thesaurus

A Spelling Checker is automatically available and enabled, as is Roget's Thesaurus.

• Integrated UK Spelling Checker. CAIRO utilises a spelling checker system that has a UK dictionary and is independent of Microsoft Office. Incorrect or unrecognised spelling is indicated by a wiggly red underline making errors due to mis-spelling or mis-typing visually obvious during the data entry and editing stage.
• Roget's Thesaurus. This remarkable and extensive tool is available by right-clicking on words in the body of the report text, during data input. A popup window displays synonyms. Clicking on a synonym replaces the original word.
• Note: There is no built-in grammar-checker. (However, this is available for those who first prepare their textual reports in Microsoft Word prior to pasting it into CAIRO.)
