You may have come across some of these points elsewhere in this site, but here are a few of the major benefits, as reported by our users:
Data is input using specially-designed data forms. These enable quick input and include a number of devices to accelerate the preparation of data:
Review Previous Subject Results. A section on the right of the tutor report input form is reserved for a scrolling display of subject reports for the current student. The topmost element (shown in red) is a drop-down list or reporting periods. By selecting this, the tutor can review subject report text from previous periods, if required.
Corrections. If, whilst reviewing subject reports, an error is spotted (such as a spelling mistake), the tutor can open the offending subject report and make corrections without leaving the contect of the current tutor report.
