The pricing structure for CAIRO is simple and based upon sites. This makes it a particularly attractive proposition where two schools, such as a preparatory and a senior school, occupy the same geographical location.
In describing the pricing below, we have tried to be as clear as possible. If there remains anything that is not obvious, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
SDS offers a service for production of reports to a specification supplied by your school.
When you purchase a site licence for CAIRO, we discuss and quantify your requirements. The chances are that you will request a report format that is similar to an existing one, and, if so, there is no extra charge for producing these reports as part of the CAIRO licence.
SDS reserves the right to negotiate a fee for production of bespoke reports that are verifiably complex or that require significant work.

Typical cost is in the order of between £200 and £350 per report, depending on the work required. (Note: There is a minimum cost of £350 per report for any school requiring modifications to reports, where the school is not covered by an extant suppoprt and upgrades contract.)
