Extracurricular

Extracurricular Reports can be written for those subjects that are declared to be outside the normal pattern of classes or sets. Such subjects are often available as after-school activities for various hobbies and interest groups, such as Chess, Cadets, Badminton, Rowing, Astronomy, Electronics and so on.

Because pupils taking extracurricular activities are not necessarily in any year, set, class or tutor group, data input is optimised to help the teachers quickly identify pupils for whom reports are to be written.

Printed output gathers all extracurricular activities within the current reporting period for each pupil and prints them together.
