Grades
CAIRO allows grades to be entered for each pupil in each class in a reporting period. The available grades can be selected from:
- Effort Grades..
- As many as three effort grades can be assigned. Usually just one effort grade is required but as many as three can be defined and might typically be:
- Class Effort
- Homework Effort
- General Effort
- Attainment Grades..
- Three Standard Attainments Grades
- Three Predicted Attainment Grades
- (If used in this way, CAIRO can compute the difference between three predicted and three attained grades. However, if predicted grades are not of interest, the three predicted grades can be renamed and, if necessary, treated as ordinary attainment grades, giving six in total.)
- Exam Grades
- Exam Attainment Grade
- Predicted Exam Attainment Grade

- Exam Paper 1 result (percentage)
- Exam Paper 2 result (percentage)
