The pricing structure for CAIRO is simple and based upon sites. This makes it a particularly attractive proposition where two schools, such as a preparatory and a senior school, occupy the same geographical location.
In describing the pricing below, we have tried to be as clear as possible. If there remains anything that is not obvious, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
The prices below are for a school that has more than one physical location, and requires CAIRO to be loaded on more than one server. Normally, multi-site licences are purchased by a school trust on behalf of its members.
The following pricing structure applies to multi-site schools or multiple schools within a group where the group organisation buys the software for the member schools:

Extending the Support After the first year, upgrades and support are available by extending the maintenance element of the site licence on an annual basis. Details here.
