Site Licences and Services
The pricing structure for CAIRO is simple and based upon sites. This makes it a particularly attractive proposition where two schools, such as a preparatory and a senior school, occupy the same geographical location.
In describing the pricing below, we have tried to be as clear as possible. If there remains anything that is not obvious, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Software Development Services
What's Not Included
SDS offers extensive support for its products, but it is only fair to make clear from the outset those items that are not included in the price of a site licence.
Additions
The following things are usually additional to the cost of a CAIRO licence:
- Site Visits (charged at the normal daily rate)
- Travelling Costs associated with site-visits. (Car miles are charged at the standard tax-office approved rates.)
- Support for IT issues not directly connected with CAIRO or its implementation.
SDS adheres to a strict policy whereby no charges are incurred for additional items unless the school has agreed beforehand.
