The Reporting Cycle

A Reporting Period is defined by the CAIRO administrator and is typically a half-term. It is simply a time-window during which teachers may enter and edit their reports. The CAIRO administrator may lock particular types of report at any stage, but typically does so when a reporting period has expired. A report cycle might go thus:
