You will require a username and password to download items on this page. We do not supply old versions of the executable program or report engine.
To upgrade your SQL server to the latest version will require you to run all of the SQL scripts from your current version up to the latest release, in ascending order.
For example, if your current version is 036 then you must run scripts 037, 038, 039 and 040 (from the latest version page) in ascending sequential order.
You must always run server scripts when there are no users connected to CAIRO. If users are connected, tables can become locked which may prevent script operations from running sucessfully. In such circumstances you will not necessarily receive an error or warning message.
These files are available to CAIRO administrators on sites that are covered by a current support and upgrades agreement.
